Arms
Primary Spells

* Mortal Strike is now a primary spell trained at level 10. Now reduces healing received by 25%, down from 50%
* Anger Management (Passive) - You generate 1 rage every 3 seconds and 25% extra rage from damage dealt.
* Two-Handed Weapon Specialization (Passive) - Increases the damage you deal with two-handed melee weapons by 10%.
* Strikes of Opportunity (Mastery) - Grants a 16% chance for your melee attacks to instantly trigger an additional melee attack for 75% normal damage. Each point of Mastery increases this chance by 2%.


Skills

* Strike has been added to the game for low level warriors (1-10) - A simple strike that deals 12 to 18 damage. Use once you have sufficient rage.20 Rage, 5 yd range, Instant, 3 sec cooldown
* Overpower cooldown reduced from 5 sec to 1 sec.
* Thunder Clap now increases the time between enemies attacks by 20% for 30 sec, up from 10% for 10 sec.
* Rend now deals an additional [ 8.57% of MWS * AP + 60% of MWB + 60% of mwb ] damage, up from [ 7.14% of MWS * AP + 50% of MWB + 50% of mwb ].
* Battle Stance now increases damage done by 5% and decreases damage taken by 5%. (Old - increases the armor penetration of all of your attacks by 10%.)
* Heroic Strike now costs 30 rage, up from 15 rage. Now instant instead of next melee and has a 3 sec cooldown.


Talents Changes

* Bladestorm is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11. Now strikes all nearby targets instead of 4 targets. You can now be disarmed while under the effect of Bladestorm.
* Wrecking Crew is now a Tier 6 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 10 and 5 Ranks. Revamped to - Your Mortal Strike critical hits have a 50/100% chance to Enrage you, increasing all damage caused by 5/10% for 12 sec.
* Sudden Death is now a Tier 5 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 9 and 3 Ranks. Your melee hits now have a 3/6% chance to reset the cooldown of Colossus Smash, and you keep 5/10 rage after using Execute.
* Blood Frenzy is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 9. No longer increases melee attack speed. Now also increases bleed damage by 30%. In addition, your autoattacks have a 5/10% chance to generate 20 additional rage.
* Juggernaut is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 8.
* Second Wind is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 7.
* Mortal Strike is now a primary spell of the Arms tree.
* Improved Slam is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 7. Now also increases Slam's damage by 10/20%.
* Improved Hamstring is now a Tier 3 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 6 and 3 Ranks. Revamped - When reapplying Hamstring, you immobilize the target for 5 sec. This effect cannot occur more than once every 60/30 sec.
* Sweeping Strikes now lasts 10 sec instead of affecting your next 5 melee attacks. Cooldown increased from 30 sec to 1 min.
* Taste for Blood is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 4. Now also increases your Overpower critical strike chance by 20/40/60%.
* Drums of War *New* (Tier 2) - Reduces the rage cost of your Shield Bash, Pummel, and any shouts which cost rage by 50/100%.
* Impale now only affects Mortal Strike, Slam, and Overpower.
* Deep Wounds is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3.
* Tactical Mastery is now a 2 Ranks talent, down from 3 Ranks. No longer increases the threat generated by Bloodthirst and Mortal Strike in Defensive Stance. Now allows you to reatin 25/50 rage when you change stances, up from 5/10.


New Talents

* Throwdown - Knocks the target to the ground and stuns it for 5 sec. 15 Rage, 5 yd range, Instant, 45 sec cooldown
* Lambs to the Slaughter - After dealing a Mortal Strike, your next Execute, Overpower or Mortal Strike will cause 10/20/30% more damage.
* Deadly Calm - For the next 10 sec, none of your abilities cost rage, but you continue to generate rage. Cannot be used during Inner Rage.Instant, 2 min cooldown
* War Academy - Increases the damage of Heroic Strike, Cleave, Victory Rush and Slam by 5/10/15%.
* Field Dressing - Increases all healing received by 3/6%, and the effectiveness of your self-healing abilities by an additional /1020%.
* Blitz - Your Charge generates 5/10 additional rage and stuns an additional 1/2 nearby targets.


Removed Talents

* Endless Rage has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Mortal Strike has been removed from the tree.
* Unrelenting Assault has been removed from the tree.
* Strength of Arms has been removed from the tree.
* Weapon Mastery has been removed from the tree.
* Trauma has been removed from the tree.
* Poleaxe Specialization has been removed from the tree.
* Mace Specialization has been removed from the tree.
* Sword Specialization has been removed from the tree.
* Two-Handed Weapon Specialization has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Overpower has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Charge has been removed from the tree.
* Iron Will has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Heroic Strike has been removed from the tree.
* Deflection has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Rend has been removed from the tree.


Fury
Primary Spells

* Bloodthirst is now a primary spell trained at level 10. Now restores 0.5% of max health, down from 1%. Now has a 3 sec cooldown, down from 4 sec.
* Dual Wield Specialization (Passive) - Allows you to equip one-hand and off-hand weapons in your off-hand. Increases your damage by 10% while dual-wielding and the damage of your off-hand attacks by an additional 25%.
* Precision (Passive) - Increases your chance to hit with your attacks by 3%.
* Unshackled Fury (Mastery) - Increases the benefit of abilities that cause or require you to be enraged by 25%. Each point of Mastery increases enrage effects by an additional 3.13%.


Skills

* Commanding Shout now increases Stamina instead of maximum health, now also generates 20 rage. No longer costs rage, 1 min cooldown.
* Execute now scales from 25% of AP, up from 20%. Now consumes up to 20 additional rage, down from 30. Now costs 10 rage, down from 15.
* Whirlwind now affects all enemies within 8 yards instead of 4 and causes 50% weapon damage instead of 100%.
* Berserker Stance now increases damage done by 10%. (Old - Critical hit chance is increased by 3% and all damage taken is increased by 5%.)
* Slam now costs 20 Rage, up from 15 Rage.
* Cleave now scales from 45% of AP instead of weapon damage. Costs 30 rage, up from 20 Rage. Instant attack instead of Next Melee. 3 sec cooldown.
* Demoralizing Shout now reduces the Physical damage caused by all enemies within 10 yards by 10% instead of reducing their attack power.
* Victory Rush now heal you for 20% of your maximum health.


Talents Changes

* Titan's Grip is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11.
* Heroic Fury is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 7. Cooldown changed to 30 sec, down from 45 sec.
* Rampage is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 9. Now increases all critical strike chance instead of just ranged and melee. Now also improves your critical strike chance by an additional 2%.
* Bloodsurge is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 8. No longer procs from Heroic Strike or Whirlwind. Proc chance changed to 10/20/30%, up from 7/13/20%. Now lasts 10 sec, up from 5 sec.
* Furious Attacks is now a Tier 5 and 1 Rank talent, down from Tier 8 and 2 Ranks. Now reduces healing done by 20% (down from 25%) and no longer stacks.
* Intensify Rage is now a Tier 5 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 7 and 3 Ranks. No longer affects Bloodrage. Now reduces cooldowns by 10/20%, down from 11/22/33%.
* Bloodthirst is now a primary spell of the Fury tree.
* Flurry is now a Tier 3 talent and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 6 and 5 Ranks. Now increases attack speed by 8/16/25%, up from 5/10/15/20/25%.
* Death Wish is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 5.
* Skirmisher now also reduces the cooldown of Heroic Leap by 10/20 sec.
* Enrage is now a Tier 3 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 4 and 5 Ranks - Your melee hits have a 3/6/9% chance to Enrage you, giving you a 3/7/10% damage bonus for 9 sec.
* Improved Cleave is now a Tier 5 and 3 Ranks talent, up from Tier 3 and 3 Ranks. Renamed to Meat Cleaver - Dealing damage with Cleave or Whirlwind increases the damage of Cleave and Whirlwind by 5/10% for 10 sec. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
* Piercing Howl is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3.
* Blood Craze now has a 10% chance to proc after taking any damage. Now regenerates 2.5/5/7.5% of your total Health over 5 sec, up from 2/4/6% over 6 sec.
* Booming Voice is now a Tier 2 talent, up from Tier 1. Now reduces the cooldown of your Battle Shout and Commanding Shout by 15/30 sec and causes those abilities to generate 5/10 additional Rage.
* Cruelty is now a 2 Ranks talent, down from 5 Ranks. Now Increases the critical strike chance of Bloodthirst, Mortal Strike and Shield Slam by 5/10%.


New Talents

* Executioner - Your Execute hits have a 50/100% chance to improve your melee attack speed by 5% for 9 sec. This effect stacks up to 5 times.
* Rude Interruption - Successfully interrupting a spell with Shield Bash or Pummel increases your damage by 5% for 15/30 sec.
* Single-Minded Fury - When you dual-wield one-handed weapons, you deal 15% additional damage and Slam hits with both weapons.
* Die by the Sword - Increases your parry chance by 100% for 4/8 sec whenver you are brought to 20% health or less. This effect cannot occur more often than once every 2 min.
* Raging Blow - A mighty blow that deals 100% weapon damage from both melee weapons. Can only be used while Enraged.20 Rage, 5 yd range, Instant, 6 sec cooldown
* Battle Trance - Your Bloodthirst, Mortal Strike and Shield Slam hits have a 5/10/15% chance to make your next special attack that costs more than 5 rage consume no rage.


Removed Talents

* Unending Fury has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Berserker Stance has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Whirlwind has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Berserker Rage has been removed from the tree.
* Precision has been removed from the tree.
* Dual Wield Specialization has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Execute has been removed from the tree.
* Commanding Presence has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Demoralizing Shout has been removed from the tree.
* Unbridled Wrath has been removed from the tree.
* Armored to the Teeth has been removed from the tree.


Protection
Primary Spells

* Shield Slam is now a primary spell trained at level 10. Now scales from Attack Power instead of Shield Block Value.
* Sentinel (Passive) - Increases your total Stamina by 15% and your block chance by 15%. You also generate 50% additional rage from attacking targets that are not targeting you.
* Vengeance (Passive) - Each time you take damage, you gain 5% of the damage taken as attack power, up to a maximum of 10% of your health.
* Critical Block (Mastery) - Increases your chance to block by 10% and your chance to critically block by 10%. Each point of Mastery increases your block and critical block chances by an additional 1.25%.


Skills

* Intervene no longer has a 8 yards minimum range, maximum range remains 25 yards.
* Shield Wall now reduces damage taken by 40%, down from 60%.
* Shield Block now costs 10 Rage, no longer increases shield block value (stat is gone in 4.0).
* Bloodrage is gone, replaced by rage generation on shouts.
* Defensive Stance no longer increases damage caused by 5%.
* Sunder Armor can now be reapplied up to 3 times, down from 5 times.


Talents Changes

* Shockwave is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11.
* Sword and Board is now a Tier 6 talent, down from Tier 10.
* Warbringer is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 9.
* Devastate is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 9. Now deals 150% weapon damage (up from 120%) plus 336 (up from 58) damage for each application of Sunder Armor on the target. Sunder Armor now stacks up to 3 times, down from 5 times.
* Safeguard is now a Tier 6 talent, down from Tier 8.
* Improved Defensive Stance is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 7. Renamed to Bastion of Defense. Now also reduces the chance you'll be critically hit by melee attacks by 3/6% while in Defensive Stance. No longer reduces spell damage. Now has a 10/20% (down from 50/100%) chance to proc on Block/Dodge/Parry.
* Vigilance is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 7. Now also causes you to gain Vengeance as if 20% of the damage was done to you.
* Concussion Blow is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 5.
* Gag Order is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 2. Now also lowers the cooldown on Heroic Throw by 15/30 sec.
* Improved Revenge is now a Tier 4 talent, up from Tier 3.
* Shield Mastery is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3. No longer increases your block value. Now also reduces the cooldown of Shield Wall by 60/120 sec and your Spell Reflect by 1/2 sec.
* Toughness is now a Tier 1 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 3 and 5 Ranks. No longer reduces the duration of movement slowing effects, now increases armor value from items by 3/6/10%. (Up from 2/4/6/8/10%)
* Incite is now a Tier 1 talent, down from Tier 2. No longer increases the critical strike chance of Thunder Clap or Cleave. Now also gives your Heroic Strike criticals a 100% chance to cause the next Heroic Strike to also be a critical strike. These guaranteed criticals cannot re-trigger the Incite effect.
* Shield Specialization is now a Tier 2 talent, up from Tier 1. No longer increases your chance to block with your shield. Now generates 5/10/15 extra rage when you block an attack instead of 20/40/60% chance to generate 5 rage when a block, dodge, or parry occurs. Now also generates 20/40/60 extra rage when you Spell Reflect a magic attack.


New Talents

* Thunderstruck - Improves the damage of your Rend, Cleave and Thunder Clap by 6%. In addition, your Thunder Clap improves the damage of your next Shockwave by 10%. Stacks up to 3 times.
* Heavy Repercussions - While your Shield Block is active, your Shield Slam hits for an additional 100% damage.
* Impending Victory - Using Devastate on a target with 20% or less health has a 50% chance to allow the use of Victory Rush but that Victory Rush only heals for 5% of your health.
* Hold the Line - Improves your critical strike and critical block chance by 10% for 10 sec following a successful parry.
* Blood and Thunder - When you Thunder Clap a target affected by your Rend, you have a 100% chance to affect every target with Rend.


Removed Talents

* Damage Shield has been removed from the tree.
* Critical Block has been removed from the tree.
* Vitality has been removed from the tree.
* Focused Rage has been removed from the tree.
* One-Handed Weapon Specialization has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Disciplines has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Spell Reflection has been removed from the tree.
* Anticipation has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Bloodrage has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Disarm has been removed from the tree.
* Puncture has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Thunder Clap has been removed from the tree.
