Assassination
Primary Spells

* Mutilate - Instantly attacks with both weapons for ( Opportunity : 150/160/170/180 )% weapon damage plus an additional 201.42 with each weapon. Damage is increased by 20% against Poisoned targets. Awards 2 combo points. / 60 Energy, 5 yd range, Instant
* Improved Poisons - Increases the chance to apply Deadly Poison to your target by 20% and the frequency of applying Instant Poison to your target by 50%.
* Assassin's Resolve - While wielding daggers, your maximum Energy is increased by 20 and your melee damage is increased by 15%.
* Potent Poisons - Increases the damage done by your poisons by 20%. Each point of Mastery increases damage by an additional 2.5%.


Skills

* Poisons (Passive) *New* - You have learned how to apply deadly toxins to your weapons, dealing additional damage or inflicting other maladies upon your foes.
* Kidney Shot now stuns 2/3/4/5/6 seconds depending on combo points, up from 1/2/3/4/5 sec.
* Cheap Shot now costs 40 Energy, down from 60 Energy.
* Ambush no longer requires a dagger. Now deals 190% weapon damage plus 700 to the target (275% + 1000 if a dagger is equipped).
* Expose Armor now reduces armor by 12%, down from 20%. Now lasts 10/20/30/40/50 seconds, up from 6/12/18/24/30 seconds.
* Garrote now silences the enemy for 3 sec.
* Slice and Dice now consumes combo points on any nearby target.
* Eviscerate now scales from 9/18/27/36/45% of Attack Power depending on combo points, up from 3/6/9/12/15%.


Talents Changes

* Cut to the Chase is now a Tier 6 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 10 and 5 Ranks. Now has a 33/67/100% chance to proc, up from 20/40/60/80/100%.
* Master Poisoner is now a Tier 5 and 1 Rank talent, down from Tier 9 and 3 Ranks. No longer increases the critical hit chance of all attacks made against the target. Now increases the spell damage taken by any target you have poisoned by 8%. Causes your Envenom ability to no longer consume Deadly Poison and reduces the duration of all Poison effects applied to you by 50%.
* Deadly Brew is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 7.
* Overkill is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 7.
* Deadened Nerves is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 7. Now reduces damage taken by 3/7/10%, up from 2/4/6%.
* Seal Fate is now a Tier 4 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 6 and 5 Ranks. Your critical strikes from abilities that add combo points have a 50/100% chance to add an additional combo point, up from 20/40/60/80/100%.
* Murderous Intent is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 6. Revamped - When you Backstab an enemy that is below 35% health, you instantly recover 15/30 Energy.
* Fleet Footed is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 5. Renamed to Quickening. Now increases all healing effects on you by 10/20% and your movement speed by 8/15%.
* Cold Blood is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 5. Now generates 25 Energy, and affects your next non-periodic offensive ability. Cooldown reduced to 2 min, down from 3 min.
* Vile Poisons is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 4. No longer increases the damage of Envenom ability. No longer increases poison's chance to resist dispel effects. Now gives you a 33/67/100% of the normal chance of applying poisons from your equipped melee weapons when you use the Fan of Knives ability.
* Improved Expose Armor is now a Tier 5 talent, up from Tier 3. Revamped - Gives a 50/100% chance to refund all combo points used when performing your Expose Armor ability.
* Lethality is now Tier 1 talent, down from Tier 3. now increases the critical strike damage bonus of Sinister Strike, Backstab, Mutilate and Hemorrhage abilities by 10/20/30%.
* Coup de Grace now also affects Envenom.


New Talents

* Vendetta - Marks an enemy for death, increasing all damage you deal to the target by 20% and granting you unerring vision of your target, regardless of concealments such as stealth and invisibility. Lasts 30 sec. / 30 yd range, Instant, 2 min cooldown
* Venomous Wounds - Each time your Rupture or Garrote deals damage to an enemy that you have poisoned, you have a 30/60% chance to deal 403.96 additional Nature damage and to regain 10 Energy. If an enemy dies while afflicted by your Rupture, you regain energy proportional to the remaining Rupture duration.
* Blackjack - Even after your Sap wears off, its effects linger on enemies, reducing their damage done by 35/70% for 8 sec.
* Deadly Momentum - After killing an opponent that yields experience or honor, you have a 50/100% chance to increase the critical strike chance of your next attack within 10 sec by 40%, and to refresh your Slice and Dice and Recuperate abilities to their original duration.


Removed Talents

* Hunger For Blood has been removed from the tree.
* Mutilate is now a primary spell of the Assassination tree.
* Turn the Tables has been removed from the tree.
* Focused Attacks has been removed from the tree.
* Find Weakness has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Kidney Shot has been removed from the tree.
* Quick Recovery has been removed from the tree.
* Improved Poisons has been removed from the tree.
* Vigor has been removed from the tree.
* Remorseless Attacks has been removed from the tree.
* Malice has been removed from the tree.


Combat
Primary Spells

* Blade Flurry - While active, the rogue's attacks strike an additional nearby opponent, but energy regeneration is reduced by 20%. Lasts 15 sec. / Instant, 30 sec cooldown
* Vitality - Increases your Energy regeneration rate by 25% and your Attack Power by 15%.
* Ambidexterity - Increases the damage done by your off hand and thrown weapons by 75%.
* Main Gauche - Your main hand attacks have a 10% chance to grant you an extra off hand attack. Each point of Mastery increases the chance by an additional 1.25%.


Skills

* Recuperate - Finishing move that consumes combo points on any nearby target to restore 3% of maximum health every 3 sec. Lasts longer per combo point:, 1 point : 6 seconds, 2 points: 12 seconds, 3 points: 18 seconds, 4 points: 24 seconds, 5 points: 30 seconds / 30 Energy, 100 yd range, Instant
* Fan of Knives now costs 35 Energy, down from 50 Energy. Now deals 80% of thrown weapon damage instead of 105% weapon damage with daggers, and 70% weapon damage with all other weapons.
* Shiv now also dispells an Enrage effect on the target.
* Feint now lowers your threat by 5%. In addition, reduces the damage you take from area of effect attacks by 50% for 6 sec.
* Kick now costs 15 Energy, down from 25 Energy.
* Sprint now increases your movement speed by 70% for 8 sec, up from 50% for 15 sec. Cooldown changed to 1 min, down from 3 min.
* Evasion now also reduces the chance that ranged attacks hit the rogue by 25%.
* Backstab now causes 200% weapon damage, up from 150%.


Talents Changes

* Killing Spree is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11.
* Savage Combat is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 9.
* Throwing Specialization is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 8. Now increases range of Throw and Deadly Throw by 5/10 yards, up from 2/4 yards.
* Combat Potency is now a Tier 4 talent and 3 Ranks, down from Tier 8 and 5 Ranks. Now generates 5/10/15 Energy, up from 3/6/9/12/15.
* Adrenaline Rush is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 7. Now also increases your melee attack speed by 20%.
* Blade Twisting is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 6. No longer increases damage dealt by Sinister Strike or Backstab. Now has a 20/40/% chance to daze the target, up from 10%.
* Improved Kick is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 4. Now causes your Kick ability to also silence the target for 1.5/3 sec.
* Improved Sprint is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 4.
* Lightning Reflexes is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 4. Increases your dodge chance by 3/6/9% (up from 2/4/6%) and your attack speed by 2/4/6%. (Down from 4/7/10% melee haste)
* Aggression is now a Tier 2 talent and 3 Ranks, down from Tier 4 and 5 Ranks. Now increases damage of Sinister Strike, Backstab, and Eviscerate by 5/10/15%, up from 3/6/9/12/15%.
* Precision is now a Tier 1 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 2 and 5 Ranks. Now increases your chance to hit with weapons and poisons by 2/4/6%, up from 1/2/3/4/5%.
* Improved Gouge is now a Tier 3 and 2 Ranks talent, up from Tier 1 and 3 Ranks. Increases the effect duration of your Gouge ability by 1/2 sec and reduces its energy cost by 15/30.
* Improved Sinister Strike is now a 3 Ranks talent, up from 2 Ranks. Now also increases damage dealt by Sinister Strike by 10/20/30%. Reduces its Energy cost by 2/4/6 (up from 3/5).


New Talents

* Bandit's Guile - Your Sinister Strike and Revealing Strike abilities have a 33/67/100% chance to grant you an evolving insight into an opponent's defenses, increasing damage to that target by up to 15%. Opponents will adapt their defenses once this maximum is reached, or if you Strike a different opponent, and the cycle will begin anew.
* Restless Blades - Your damaging finishing moves reduce the cooldown of your Adrenaline Rush, Killing Spree, and Sprint abilities by 1/2 sec per combo point.
* Revealing Strike - An instant strike that causes 125% of your normal weapon damage and increases the effectiveness of your next offensive finishing move on that target by 20% for 15 sec. Awards 1 combo point. / 40 Energy, 5 yd range, Instant
* Reinforced Leather - Increases your armor contribution from cloth and leather items by 25/50%.
* Improved Recuperate - Causes your Recuperate ability to restore an additional 1/2% of your maximum health and reduces all damage taken by 3/6% while your Recuperate ability is active.


Removed Talents

* Prey on the Weak has been removed from the tree.
* Unfair Advantage has been removed from the tree.
* Surprise Attacks has been removed from the tree.
* Vitality is gone. Now a primary spell.
* Nerves of Steel has been removed from the tree.
* Weapon Expertise has been removed from the tree.
* Mace Specialization has been removed from the tree.
* Blade Flurry is gone. Now a primary spell.
* Hack and Slash has been removed from the tree.
* Endurance has been removed from the tree.
* Riposte has been removed from the tree.
* Close Quarters Combat has been removed from the tree.
* Deflection has been removed from the tree.
* Dual Wield Specialization has been removed from the tree.


Subtlety
Primary Spells

* Shadowstep - Causes you to step through the shadows and appear behind an enemy target. Your next Ambush or Garrote delivered within 10 sec will deal 30% additional damage, and your movement speed is increased by 70% for 3 sec. / 25 yd range, Instant, 20 sec cooldown
* Master of Subtlety - Attacks made while stealthed and for 6 seconds after breaking stealth cause an additional 10% damage.
* Sinister Calling - Increases your total Agility by 25% and increases the percentage damage bonus of Backstab and Hemorrhage by an additional 25%.
* Executioner Increases the damage done by all your finishing moves by 20%. Each point of Mastery increases damage by an additional 2.5%.


Skills

* Tricks of the Trade Transferred threat is not permanent, and will fade after 30 sec.
* Blind now costs 15 Energy, down from 30 Energy. Range increased to 15 yards, up from 10 yards.
* Vanish improved stealth mode now lasts 3 sec, down from 10 sec. For the first 3 sec after vanishing, damage and harmful effects received will not break stealth.
* Sap now lasts up to 1 min, up from 25 sec. Now costs 35 Energy, down from 65 Energy. Now has a 10 yards range, up from 5 yards.


Talents Changes

* Shadow Dance is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11.
* Slaughter from the Shadows is now a Tier 6 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 10 and 5 Ranks. Reduces energy cost of Backstab and Ambush by 7/14/20 (Up from 4/8/12/16/20) and energy cost of Hemorrhage and Fan of Knives by 2/4/6. No longer increases all damage done.
* Honor Among Thieves now also Increases the ranged and melee critical hit chance of all party and raid members by 5%. Talent effect cannot occur more than once every 4/3/2 seconds. (Down from 1 sec)
* Waylay is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 8.
* Enveloping Shadows is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 7. Now also increases the duration of Feint by 1/2/3 sec.
* Premeditation is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 7.
* Cheat Death is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 7.
* Preparation no longer affects Cold Blood. Cooldown reduced from 8 min to 5 min.
* Hemorrhage is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 5. Now causes the target to take 30% additional damage from bleed effects for 1 min.
* Initiative is now a Tier 2 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 4 and 3 Ranks. Now has a 50/100% chance to proc, up from 33/66/100%.
* Improved Ambush is now a Tier 1 talent, down from Tier 4. Now increases the critical strike chance of Ambush by 20/40% (down from 25/50%) and also increase its damage by 5/10%.
* Elusiveness is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3.
* Camouflage is now a Tier 1 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 2 and 3 Ranks. Renamed to Nightstalker. Increases speed while stealthed by 7/15% (up from 5/10/15%) and reduces cooldown of Stealth by 3/6 sec. (Up from 2/3/6 sec)
* Relentless Strikes is now a 3 Ranks talent, down from 5 Ranks. Now has a 7/14/20% chance to proc, up from 4/8/12/16/20%.
* Opportunity is now a Tier 2 talent and 3 Ranks, up from Tier 1 and 2 Ranks. Increases the damage dealt with your Backstab, Mutilate, Garrote and Ambush abilities by 10/20/30%. (Up from 10/20%)


New Talents

* Serrated Blades is now a Tier 6 and 2 Ranks talent, up from Tier 3 and 3 Ranks. Revamped - Your Eviscerate has a 10/20% chance per combo point to refresh your Rupture on the target to its original duration.
* Sanguinary Vein - Increases your damage dealt to targets who are afflicted with a Bleed effect by 5/10%. /
* Energetic Recovery - Empowers your Recuperate ability, causing its periodic effect to also restore 4/8/12 Energy.
* Find Weakness - Your Ambush, Garrote, and Cheap Shot abilities reveal a flaw in your target's defenses, causing all your attacks to bypass 25/50% of that enemy's armor for 10 sec.


Removed Talents

* Shadowstep is now a primary spell of the Subtlety tree.
* Filthy Tricks has been removed from the tree.
* Sinister Calling has been removed from the tree.
* Master of Subtlety has been removed from the tree.
* Deadliness has been removed from the tree.
* Heightened Senses has been removed from the tree.
* Dirty Deeds has been removed from the tree.
* Setup has been removed from the tree.
* Ghostly Strike has been removed from the tree.
* Sleight of Hand has been removed from the tree.
* Dirty Tricks has been removed from the tree.
* Master of Deception has been removed from the tree.
